From the very moment you walk through our doors, your sales agent is there…answering questions, listening attentively and attempting to understand the nuances of what you seek in your new home. They'll walk you through the process, ensuring that there are no unanswered questions as you begin the process of purchasing your home.

2. Understanding Contracts and Paperwork/ Selecting a lender

As the buyer of a Bright Home, you'll feel secure and comfortable. Your sales agent will personally walk you through the paperwork, extensively reviewing amenities included in the home and available options, again answering any questions you may have and executing your contract. Bright buyers will have the opportunity to work with preferred lenders who will personally handle the finances of your home purchase.

3. Visiting the Design Center

In order to make your new Bright Home all that you desire,
you'll have the option of visiting our design center. Once there, your wish is our command: You may select colors and color schemes, choose from among diverse flooring choices, upgrade your countertops and even select window treatments. You'll work with a design consultant who can make suggestions...or simply sit back and listen!

4. Weekly Customer Calls with sales counselor and construction superintendent

You will receive a call every week discussing the status of your home and updagteing you on the progress of your home. This call was established to keep the lines of communication open with buyer and builder.

5. The Pre-Construction Meeting

Bright Homes takes the mystery out of the home-buying process, giving you the opportunity to speak with a superintendent prior to home construction. In this meeting, you'll have a chance to discuss the home-building process as our superintendent determines a timeline for home completion.

6. The Pre-Drywall Walk Through

This step gives you the opportunity to see the quality of the home at the framing stage, allowing you to verify that all selected optional features are installed and in the correct location. Your guided tour will allow you to see the progress of your home, also providing another chance for you to ask questions and seek answers.

7. The Home Inspection Walk Through

This thorough inspection is your opportunity to ensure that everything in the home meets with your approval. Our goal: that you find five defects or fewer on this first walk through. If there are any issues, repairs or touch-ups necessary, this is our opportunity to point them out…and we'll do the rest!

8. Home Orientation Walk

We know you're excited about your new home. So our commitment to you: a zero-defect move-in…what we call "Bright Ready." During your home orientation, we'll escort you through your new home one room at a time, explaining features, demonstrating amenities and ensuring everything meets your high quality standards.

9. 30-Day Post Closing Home Inspection

At this visit, you'll be able to ask any questions that may have arisen during your first month as a Bright Homeowner. We'll be there to ensure you're continued satisfaction with the home.

10. 11-Month Post Closing Home Inspection

Long after you move in and become settled in your new Bright Home, we'll check back once again…reaffirming our long-term commitment to you and to the enduring value of your home!
